Food Poison Rob? if it is still pink (this is meat) then don't eat it and if it is black then you burnt it...
But Yeah cook simple things i.e. Pasta, Pizza, takeaway etc

i don't really want to end up fat tbh lol

I'm afraid being fit but an awful eater of food is not compatible.

I say clean up your food eating and start eating healthy, you'll feel better because of it for sure

never said i don't eat healthy, i get forced to do it... but erm, i am kinda fit actually...

i'm not fit and i don't eat healthy...I am not so unfit that i get tired really easily i am unfit in the sense that i don't eat well enough or get enough excercise. I was gonna do something about it at some point but i got side tracked

I like Parkour. The problem is that living in a very small village with hardly anything in it apart from a pub and park there aren't many places where i can practice...

Now that would be something to see Chris moving at speed !

Just find areas to jump, balance and climb!

If theres a rail around it's all good!
