From what I know, most people don't even boob feed children any more.... It is all powders or formulas.... You don't really need to be UBER healthy, about as healthy as needed to have a baby....

Once the chick gets pregnant her boobs pretty much get ready to produce milk, hence lactating!

The only way she wouldn't produce it would be if her body didn't have the nutrition....and the the baby would probably die before it was born anyway!

Kev sprekens the truth. I mean, Ryan is probably too young for this sort of thing, but, just about ANYONE can make a baby as long as they are producing eggs.... well, giving off eggs from the limited supply and as long as they haven't finished with Menapause... So, as with my school (my brothers year), Two girls got pregnant in year 9, 13-14, and one even had the baby. Normally (hooray for stereotyping) people who get preggerz at that age aren't usually the healthiest of people.... so there is normally a lot of booze.... I wouldn't call that healthy.
"Healthy" is a rather overly used term. I think it is mostly meaning, without disease.... which most people are.... at all times.... apart from when they have a cold or something.
