OMG not bad parenting,thats what the baby wants them to think "look at me i'm cute and adorable" I bet that baby is some kind of super genius baby ans was buying that digger to construct its underground base using funds from his already expanding evil empire but couldnt get to the e-mails fast enough... Now the baby will have to put its plans on hold as it's internet privileges will be lessened.

I have no idea how radioactivity comes into this... But if you thought most children were big shoppers... then this one will be a BIIIIIIIG shopper... I find it quite silly though, how a baby could also get a hold of account details and what not.... The parents do seem to be quite silly if they left something like an account with BANK details and what not, always logged on... with a child in the house...
