PHYSICS 4 BETH
Lesson One:
Gravity:
Some believe it's caused by yet to be discovered gravitons that pull everything downwards on a smaller than proton scale.
either way by performing the following operation one can defy the general rule of what goes up, must come down. However the nature of the attatchment causes a small blind spot where gravity may still attack from

Re: PHYSICS 4 BETH
Yes indeed the blind spot is caused because some of the butter has seeped through the toast meaning that the equal and opposite force of the one buttered side piece of toast is not 100% buttery on 1 side and therefore cause a slow fall effect whereby the cat will eventually land on its feet, however depending on the quality of butter this time can vary greatly

Re: PHYSICS 4 BETH
Our gravity is supposedly quite weak due to the apparent gravitons having to also travel through the THOUSAND of dimensions (4th dimension, 5th, etc) which are all presumed to be rolled up tight until it gets to our dimension, meaning, it would be even weaker in the 1st dimension, however, the 1st dimension seems to be a highly illogical place due to it just being lines with only one measurement... so no thickness....
Uh... By one of Einstein's laws space can be seen as a big black sheet of cloth being held up horizontal, then the denser the object on it, causes a bigger indent, thus a bigger and wider gravitational pull. Black holes are where the object is so dense that it bursts through the sheet causing a hole... Gravity does also have the ability to bend light (proven by Einstein thus possibly proving the above theory) which is possibly the only way we could ever travel faster than light. Gravity is a difficult one to beat without any form of force against it... meaning we fall...
Magnets cannot push against the Gravitational Pull of the Earth due it being sooooo weak we would need an EXTREMEMLY strong Electromagnet to get a slight bit of floating, and the problem there is that this would get heavier and heavier requiring a stronger magnet then you end up with a loop of neverending...
This is really all I can think of right now... So yeah, what goes up, WILL come down... at some point, unless it leaves the Earths gravitational pull... or gets a big enough speed whilst spinning around the Earth to stay at a constant heigh because the pull pulls it down, but the speed moving outwards pushes it out, causing it to spin... and stuff

what goes up must come down
inside seans pants is the exception that proves the rule
unlike my neighbour in halls last year who was my age (19) and already using the blue pills

Ewww... you sure they were Viagra... not just fake ones... that are like rat poison or just sugar pills... all with paint d(^.^)z
Re: PHYSICS 4 BETH
Chris you are also forgetting High voltages in your gravity theories. Extremely high voltages, in the millions etc **** up space time royally, you should look this guy up Nikola Tesla but tbh wikipedia does this man no justice, he was born in a time where little about electricty was know so he had no limits or constraints to hinder his experiments, he did fascinating work with electricity, invented AC and a whole load of other things we use everyday yet barely anyone knows his name (for reasons that you will know if you look him up properly )
Also you should look into these videos aswell, always keep an open mind but dont be immediately caught up in this kind of stuff as its quite often bs.
Listen to what this guy has to say, dont believe it at face value but it is quite interesting and quite possibly true. There are also a hell of a lot of similar videos that you can link to from here aswell.

Re: PHYSICS 4 BETH
The problem with such high voltages, is that it would require thick wire to avoid the wires melting, adding weight, and so on. Unless that isn't what you meant. However, the amount of energy required would be insane... as well as storage and such. I think know-a-days we research things aiming for the most envriomentally friendly way...
Re: PHYSICS 4 BETH
no you wouldnt need thick wires etc all you need is a superconductor.

Re: PHYSICS 4 BETH
I'm not taking the class til the fall, so you can save the randomness til then...
You guys seem to have enough random voice inside your heads, so if I were to try to be as random as you two, I'd probably end up merging and getting lost with all the other voices...

since when were you and sean 18???
time flies, i swear i was like 15-16 when we met? D=

Re: PHYSICS 4 BETH
Sean- since 1/18
Me- since 04/25
I got sick of being 18 the day I turned 18 cuz mom ended just about every sentence with "you're an adult now".

Re: PHYSICS 4 BETH
haha
you can no longer hide behind being a sulky teen
i still try and get away with that

Re: PHYSICS 4 BETH
But they still are teens... EighTEEN... so... you are an adult AND a teen...
Superconductors aren't exactly friendly due to the large amount of cold needed... as well as to keep it at a constant heat... super conductors may be probably less helpful than they are meant to be...
oh, and that makes 3k....

Re: PHYSICS 4 BETH
It's less than a week till I'm 17....
.....Yippee, cause being 17 gives me so much.

Re: PHYSICS 4 BETH
in 2 months and 3 days I'll be 16... because I'm ever so young...
I feel so youung compared to all of you...

Re: PHYSICS 4 BETH
I'm still about a year and 2 months! That is AGES!!!!!!! about 1/16 of my life (nearly)
Re: PHYSICS 4 BETH
Just wait for it, tomorrow I'll be two years older than you!
Not technically, but you know, if we weren't taking dates into account, just age.

Re: PHYSICS 4 BETH
I can't wait for us all to be friends for 10 years... That would be so funny.
And Chris would still be the youngest xP
Except for Ryan of course.

Re: PHYSICS 4 BETH
By my calculations (yesterday +1)
hAPPPY BIRTHDAY KEVIN!
And I will be the youngest, I'll make my anti-paradox time machine, travel through time, swap places with a younger me... then do something...
