Well, I guess there are more people than I who would not like them... Heck, my friend at school tries to avoid dubs where possible

Besides... I think if something is ruined by being turned from subs to dubs, then the story is quite bad... most the stuff I've seen in dubs (I'm very picky about it) is really good!

If dubs are good then subs are better

It's a matter of opinion... cause I find that I don't like the Bleach subs compared to the Bleach dubs...

FMA is just an example of dubs that I didn't like

Well yes of course they are.

Dubs requires voice acting and a good knowledge of audio editing in videos.

Subs require putting some text in at the right time.

A major let down of subs is video quality... in a bad quality video... you can't read much...
And no, FMA:BH has no subs as of yet... however, the cast is confirmed and I believe they'll start releasing the DVDs in 2010 at some point... I personally can't wait...
But yeah, just cause the subs are "quicker" doesn't make them better.... only if you are EXTREMELY impatient.... and stuff....

Well a find it fairly easy to read subtitles on any anime. Well, I guess it's because I hunt for HQ on Youtube xD.

Subs are just better in general

I was actually hinting that dubs take a lot more skill and ability to put together, and they're more expensive to put together.

I just think subs are better, and easier and faster

I sort of prefer dubs because I can do other things whilst watching... whilst with subs you have to have your entire focus on them... cause you have to read as well...

Why would you do anything else while watching anime?!!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

Just having the screen right next to you while doing homework... meaning you take in all the talky bits... and when things are kicking off... you can look up and drool... but that only works with subs when you can understand the language they sprecken!

It's not that bad... I suppose I never do homework while watching anime. There's too much distraction.

I just don't do homework at home... I do all of it at school... the manga (there for FMA:BH) IS SEXEH! like General Armstrong...
