Anyone good at slightly crappier programming?

What I want is an HTML line picker thing that picks a set amount of lines by random. It has to be HTML as well... I was wondering if it was even possible or what. I know it can be done in script.... the main thing is, it has to be HTML

The HTML code that picks a random line out of previously written out lines of text each time you see it AND ONLY ONE LINE has to be HTML.
So, You check where it is and it says, "LOL!" then you refresh the page and it could say, "Man junk!" go do that.
