Alliance?

I was told by ProfHealAll, a member of your guild I'm assuming, that I should talk to you guys on this forum about a possible guild alliance. Is there a difference between Okami and Kamisama? Are those both names for the same guild or am I in the wrong section of the forum? Prof recommended joining the forum and asking about joining your alliance, then left. So I may be out of the loop here. Please excuse me if this post wasn't allowed. But anyways, I'm an ambassador of SemperFortis, a semi-active guild that the leader and I are trying to kick start. We just made a website (http://semperfortis.zxq.net/) and were hoping you would consider us. We'll be willing to pay whatever entry fee there is as well.

We'll have to check with our leader (when he comes back from being hung over every now and then) about the Alliance, but it seems like it could go well, especially if a lot of your guys come on the forum if we do get the alliance!

Right, Kamisama is the name of our first guild. However, when the guild hack went about, we lost our guild and guild name. So we made Okami, the name was roughly along the same translation (something about Deities or something). So we made the forum before the guild hack, when we still had Kamisama, (if you look far enough back, I'm pretty sure you could find panic about guild hack (Although I think it may be in a private area)). So, we named our Alliance Kamisama in honour of our old guild name, and stuff.

Hey Draco its profhealall here, glad to hear you're on board, our last two alliances didnt really work too well but hopefully this one will be better.

I hope it works out well too. The way I see it, here's the plan:

And I'll be sure tell the members about your forum too and post a link for them. I haven't seen the leader on for awhile, but he should be on sometime soon since we were both going to gach for guild funds this weekend.

Cool so we should probably arrange a time, most of us here are from europe at the moment so time zones might pose a small issue but if we did it on a weekend it would be fine.. we also need rob (solent) to be online as only guild masters can perform the alliance thingy that they need to do.

Anyway i'll let rob deal with that if he's online again.

Oh! I didn't even realize Solent was the leader... and here I thought is was Mozilla. Sorry.

Is that your IGN, Solent? I can leave a post on the guild bbs since I'll be out until later tomorrow. Going to a friend's house, maybe I can sneak on their network with my laptop.

But I wouldn't count on it. Our guild's official leader is manik33, but he plays on maniklord. He's usually on around midnight maple time. Would that be early morning in Europe?

On topic of guild alliances, Rob I'm really concidering leaving Kami once again and relive (or actually you could say propperly start) with Decibel, is there enough room in the alliance or do I need to buy a spot?

I'm sure decibel would be a good addition although does that mean you're going back on blasteds?

Nu uh, unfortunally Blasts is the leader of Decibel, it could be a good thing tho seeing as I can be on blasts managing Decibel and switch back and forth with Reroute from Okami to Decibel. Anyways, I have one major request, is there SOMEONE who would be so nice to start up Decibel with me during the summer hollidays?... it would only be about a few weeks and I will pay you for smega's. It would be nice if you'd like to help Sean, I mean being in Decibel for a few weeks won't really matter if Decibel is in the alliance right? Plus Chris or Rob can allways remake you jr when you are back in Kami right?....

Would you mind if i went onto it on a different character =( maybe profhealall... I mean he's already gotten results with other guilds, or do you need a high level to lure people in.

It's kinda the aim then I'm at least 3rd job myself before I do that... but if you don't want to I'll find someone else I guess..

Quick Question...

The current alliance we are in, aren't the ones that formed it Paizuri? So does that mean that only they can add people? Or can any guild leader add guilds (the way a Jr. Master would in a guild)?
Marv, I can probably help out on my Wind Archer, he's level 78/79 or something like that. I don't go on him much at the moment, so it wouldn't be much of a loss if he didn't have Jr powers.

Plus, if we're going to get two active guilds, we will REALLY need to have a forum redesign, or something.

I think the forum design is pretty nice the way it is, maybe i've just become used to it perhaps i should make a guide and sticky it in the intro forum

I meant like, if we were to get a new guild to join the forum and stuff, then the least we could do is add some extra areas... For them, like we have the Okami section, there would be a their guild section... like we did with Sugarkill all that time ago, with the one topic with the fairly nudey lady as the start picture....

Hm... I'd like to say a time and place, but I can't really figure out when the leader will be on. I couldn't play last night so I probably missed him.

If that other guild made the alliance, is there room or do we need to pay for an expansion? I don't know anything about alliances since I never made one even when I did have my own guild.

Also, I think the forum is pretty nice. I wouldn't bet on a lot of my members to get on here anyway. Every time they ask me something and I tell them to check the website, they're like "What? We have a website?" And I say "Yeah, the url has been in the guild notice and bbs for a week now" Drives me crazy. But I don't want to be rude and dog them on it. Although, our website isn't a forum so there's nothing to do even when they visit.

I think I could hop onto my shadower in the summer if you want. It could probably get some people.

I would like to say that soon Rob will be on a lot more, at least checking the forum a lot more. Meaning if you can find out whenever your leader is available, we can try and get some kind of thing done, but I'm not too sure on how Alliances work either...

Right. I finally got the chance to talk with manik today and he seemed fine with it. Except, from this point onward I have no power in this. Solent, perhaps you can friend maniklord in-game and catch him when he's on? I would have told manik to do that to you, but I didn't have the chance to tell him since he only came on to check a few things and left. Apologies if this is frustrating... I should have planned this out better.

But still, I look forward to an alliance with Okami. You guys seem like a fantastic guild.

If I remember we made our alliance. Did you guys make yours, or are you in an alliance? If you're in an alliance, then one of our guilds will have to disband our alliances.

No worries. We don't have an alliance at all.

That would be awfully rude if I came to your forums and made you guys disband just to make an alliance with a complete stranger guild. I'm the outsider who should be bending for Okami's will.
