Mounts Empty Mounts

Guys im saving up to buy a mount ,currently at 17mil, i was wondering how hard is the quest to get the mount and would i have to pay another 20mil if i failed?

It is not a hard quest, except from the actual mount questing because it could make you sweat. The thing is, you pay for a some kinda potion thing, wher you have to be accectly on the mount to catch when you use it. So if you lagg, and fail using the potion right.. yes you have to pay another 20 mil...
